How can your name regain your energy?

 
 

Lots of people are feeling exhausted and out of sorts lately, many for no reason they can discern. As a species, we’re going through a significant change in how our bodies respond in this intensifying energy field. For most of us, nothing is going “wrong.” This is a much-needed upgrade to our biology as we move forward in conscious awareness.

The technique is called Say Your Name and it helps you reclaim all your energy that’s been scattered through thinking, problem solving, interactions with others, and just plain living.

  • Step 1: Close your eyes and take a deep breath to calm and center yourself.

  • Step 2: Say your name slowly out loud three times. Use the name you resonate with most. When you say your name out loud, you’re consciously connecting with the signature energy that’s yours during your lifetime.

As you do this technique, pay attention to your heart area. You’ll feel a subtle movement or “click” during one of the times you call your name. Or you might feel movement through your shoulder, neck, or head instead of your heart. Your experience will be unique to you.

If you don’t feel anything, take a deep breath and say your name again three times. Try using your full birth name, or your married name, or a nickname. The movement is subtle, but after this exercise you’ll feel lighter and more like yourself again.
