10 ways to ease emotional purging

 
 

As the light energy from the sun and the pull of the moon continues to intensify in frequency, many of us are going through what I call energy updates through emotional purging and body DNA/cellular reprogramming.

This influx of light energy is a natural phenomenon during our (and the earth’s) particular time of evolution and is tracked by NASA through the Schumann Resonance. I wrote more in-depth about this in a recent Facebook post with links to NASA if interested: https://www.facebook.com/mary.bauer.9849

This can be uncomfortable while it’s happening as the higher frequencies flood your body and energy field triggering old wounds you might have kept buried or ignored. At this time, you might find yourself suddenly revisiting past hurts and feelings of sadness, anger, or fear.

You might also have body symptoms as you clear the old patterns to prepare for the new upgrades. These symptoms could include heat/sweating, tingling, vivid dreams, disrupted sleep, headaches, ringing in the ears, exhaustion even after sleeping all night, weepiness, more aches and pains.

If this is happening to you, here are a few ways to help your process unfold gently:

  1. Express your feelings. Don’t stuff or hold back feelings. Allow them to come through however they come. Journal if that feels good. No resisting or judging these emotions.  Let them move through you and it will cleanse your emotional body.

  2. Let yourself cry even if you don’t know why you’re doing it. Crying is a natural way to release stress hormones and toxins from the body.

  3. Cultivate patience, self-forgiveness, and understanding for what you’re going through. Releasing the heaviness of your emotions is making space for the pure essence of your wisest self to shine through. This takes the amount of time it takes. Don’t put a deadline on it.

  4. Call on support. Call on the wise guidance of God, the angels, your guides, and compassionate friends. Reach out, don’t stay stuck or alone. Ask for what you need like a hug. Share your thoughts and feelings.

  5. Slow down. Don’t push or force yourself to do anything when you’re exhausted. Honor your body by resting more.

  6. Drink a lot more water and eat nourishing foods that your body wants to eat. Brazil nuts are loaded with selenium and can help lift your mood.

  7. Get out in nature. Walk barefoot in the grass. Hug a tree. Thank a cloud. Breathe in the air. Absorb the sun.

  8. Ask for signs and follow synchronicities. These are support from your highest wisest loving self and your angels and guides so you know you aren’t alone and can trust your evolutionary path.

  9. Honor yourself and your personal boundaries. Do not go against what you know is right for you.

  10. Choose thoughts that are guided by love. Turn off the news or any entertainment that makes you feel scared or bad about yourself or other people. Don’t give your precious energy to it. Focus on all things that make you feel more love for yourself and others.

Be gentle with yourself as you shed the conditioning of judgement, separation, and criticism that has been carried in your field for a long time. As you allow your process to unfold, you’ll begin to feel lighter and more at ease.
