Extra tired?
I’m hearing from a lot of clients and people in general about how exhausted they are. Not tired, but bone-tired exhaustion. They feel that way even when they wake in the morning after a night of sleep.
So, what’s going on?
If this is happening to you, it could be your body and energy field are in a cycle of active purging of heavy metals (and other toxins).
Besides adversely affecting the body, heavy metals can also interfere with your energy system—the subtle bodies that help you feel good so you can make good decisions and feel safe and supported.
What are some symptoms of heavy metal overload in your body?
Can’t fully access your intuition.
Can’t think clearly or your inner vision feels sluggish.
Looping feelings of self-doubt, fog, fear
Less discernment
Moodier for no apparent reason
Subtle inflammation or joint pain
The most common heavy metal culprits that nearly everyone on the planet is dealing with is trace amounts are:
Aluminum—often from cookware, deodorant, chemtrails, vaccines
Mercury—dental fillings, certain fish, ancestral exposure in your DNA
Lead—old pipes, paint, industrial dust
Cadmium, Arsenic—in some water, soil, or food systems
Nickel/Chromium—in processed products or alloys
Here are some signs that your body/energy system may be in a cycle of actively purging of these metals:
Sudden waves of fatigue
Emotional detox (grief without narrative)
Skin flare-ups or bowel changes
Shifts in how you perceive “truth” in your own thoughts
These are common ways your body releases heavy metals. But this is NOT medical advice. Nothing can substitute your own good gut instincts. Always listen to you. If you feel better seeing a doctor, go. I’m simply sharing what my body periodically goes through and what many of you have reached out to ask about, especially since that last full moon.
A few things that may support your body through the purging process:
Cilantro, parsley, chlorella, spirulina (natural chelators)
High-quality lemon water or celery juice (for liver support)
Sweat—saunas, breathwork, or movement
Stillness—metals agitate when you are reactive. Calm clears.
You don’t need a protocol. Let your body choose the tools, if any. Sometimes I just go barefoot for the day and stand in the grass. That seems to revive me.
