What one thing can you do to stay healthy?

I won’t keep you in suspense—what one thing can you do to stay healthy?

Have happy thoughts. 😊

Could it really be that simple?

Research (and personal experience) says yes.

Why? Because it’s a known fact that when we’re happy our body is calm and out of the fight, flight, or freeze mode and all the elevated hormone levels those emotions trigger.

But the happy thoughts I’m talking about aren’t the ones of a Pollyanna unwilling to face reality. The happy thoughts most helpful for health are the ones you choose to think if there’s nothing else you can do to change how things are in your reality.

Life happens inside you and if you’re resisting reality as it is and think or wish it could be different, then you’re setting up resistance to the life inside you. It’s the resistance to what is that triggers what we call “negative” emotions. It sets up a false notion that life is not happening in a way that it should.

One thing that helped me end a lot of my resistance is when I realized there’s nothing to fix because the creation system works with perfect consistency. There’s a constant unfolding of experiences that perfectly mirror the electrical magnetic energy of the thoughts, emotions, and actions that created them.

In other words, what you think, feel, do—you become and experience. Everyone does, and it’s not up to me to decide what someone else should think, feel, or do. Only me. I have no idea and no way to truly know what another unique soul desires to create for its best purpose.

You can feel compassion and concern about what’s happening in your life and the greater world, but at the same time ask if there’s something you can do about it right now. If not, then create peace and harmony within yourself. Reach for the higher thought and do something fun and interesting with your day.

Playing, singing, dancing, gathering with friends is necessary. These are high frequency doorways to your heart. You feel better when your emotions are peaceful. Without trying, you become an example of what’s possible—love of life in all its forms and experiences.

You learn that it really is okay for you to be happy while others are sad or angry or fearful. It’s okay to enjoy your life—or not. Your choice.

And as always, I’m available for private sessions if you need deeper understanding, support, or guidance in the form of energy work or intuitive life coachingClick this link to schedule.
