Stress less by using this morning routine

 
 

Many people are feeling a lot of stress right now and for lots of reasons. No matter your reasons, here’s a quick technique to help you feel less stress:

  1. Begin each day with three deep breaths—in through the nose, exhale long through the mouth.

  2. Say to yourself: Love, light, and healing energy flows through me for my highest good.

  3. Take one more deep breath and then get on with your day in whatever manner is best for you.

This simple, yet powerful technique has lasting benefits. The deep breaths bring more oxygen into your beautiful body creating stress-reducing endorphins that boost your mood and your immune system. The affirmative statement helps your brain let go of old patterns that are no longer beneficial, and intentionally connects with Source Energy where all things are possible, promoting a feeling of trust for your life.
