10 easy tips to raise your vibration

I’ve been hearing from a lot of you about not feeling like yourselves, lately. Maybe you’re more down, or unmotivated, or just feeling like you’re in a funk. Maybe it’s harder to get out of bed, especially on cloudy days.

Here’s a few of my sure-fire ways to bring up your vibration so you feel better:

  1. Buy fresh flowers. Flowers are high vibe and you’ll feel much better with a fresh bouquet on your table. When you go to purchase them, spend an extra moment connecting to the ones that want to come home with you. You’ll know. They just feel like the right ones.

  2. Soak up the sun when it’s out. But also remember that even on a cloudy day the sun and its power rays are still there. You can still consciously and intentionally soak up its light whether or not the sun is shining.

  3. Hold light-reflecting powerful crystals in your hands or wear them in your pockets. The Herkimer Diamond is a good choice. Reasonably priced and powerful.

  4. Give yourself something to look forward to each week—a treat like a decadent cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate; a new dinner recipe; an evening reading something just for you like a new magazine, poetry, a funny book; a massage (or a session with me on my warm biomat table 😉).

  5. Take an Epson salt bath with soft candlelight and relaxing music. Stare into the light of the candle.

  6. Dance, walk, run, move. This is the easiest and fastest way to help your body release toxins that drag you down.

  7. Pet something. Your cat, the neighbor’s dog, a farmer’s cow if he lets you. Animals are the Rockstars of unconditional love and natural vibration raisers.

  8. Share something you love with someone else. Love ice cream? Call a friend and treat. Love cooking? Make extra and share with a neighbor. Love to take beautiful nature pictures? Share them on Instagram or make them into cards and mail them to friends. Love to laugh? Share funny stories and jokes with your co-workers.

  9. Start a bonfire and give yourself a fire bath. Three minutes with palms up facing the fire, and three minutes with your back to the fire.

  10. Eat oranges and use an orange oil in your diffuser. These are natural uplifters. I also like to eat an apple every day.
