This is not a workshop. Not a training. No teachings. No techniques. This is a remembrance. A rejoining with the quiet hum beneath all becoming.
Here, your body is not corrected. It is heard.

We do not gather to ascend. We gather to sink--

Over three days, we will immerse in:
Sacred Breathwork to open and align the inner gateways
Art without brushes, only water, pigment, and hands, as a return to primal creator—your spark as embodied expression beyond the mind
Integration Circles for grounding the new harmonic tones in your daily life
Cacao Ceremony to awaken the heart and deepen shared coherence
Silent Land Walks attuning to the earth’s original frequency and welcoming clarity through elements
Close each day by the fire, letting the night sky re-weave your story into stillness and the peaceful joy of understanding.
This retreat is an integration sanctuary where spirit and body meet, where mystical insight is given roots in daily life. A gentle anchoring of what was always true. Nothing extra. Nothing forced.

Please read before booking--
If unable to attend, you will be refunded the retreat contribution LESS $500 to help cover partial cost of the sanctuary space reserved for you. OR you may transfer your reservation to someone else and collect the full contribution from them.
If the retreat is canceled for the host’s reasons, participants will receive a full refund.

As an energy intuitive and life coach, she helps people heal at their core level of trauma so they feel better in every area of their life.
